At TAO Clean, we want you to be completely satisfied with your skincare routine. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return your device within 45 days of delivery for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to return.
Print Your Label
Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Print this label and securely package your TAO Clean device in its original box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Ensure all attachments and charging bases are included to avoid restocking fees.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
